Head of Marine Nordics
Vi söker Head of Marine Nordics som ansvarar för resultat, utveckling och ledning av vår nordiska affär inom marinförsäkring. Du kombinerar underwritingdisciplin med tillväxt och starka relationer till kunder och mäklare. Du rapporterar till Director Commercial Marine.
Ansvar och arbetsuppgifter
Leda och utveckla den nordiska marineaffären (H&M, P&I och relaterade produkter)
Säkerställa lönsam tillväxt i linje med Alandias strategi och riskaptit
Driva underwriting samt utveckla portföljstyrningen
Leda, coacha och utveckla det nordiska underwritingteamet
Vidareutveckla relationer med mäklare och nyckelkunder på den nordiska marknaden
Samarbeta nära skadeorganisation och loss prevention för att minska risk och förbättra kundutfall
Bidra aktivt till affärsutveckling och strategiska initiativ samt medverka i utveckling av riktlinjer och arbetssätt
Din profil
Vi söker dig som kombinerar affärsmässighet, ledarskap och djup marinförsäkringskompetens samt förstår vikten av goda relationer.
Flerårig erfarenhet inom marinförsäkring (t.ex. underwriting eller mäkleri)
Erfarenhet av att leda team och driva resultat
God förståelse för riskurval, portföljstyrning och prissättning
Stark marknadsförankring och vana att bygga långsiktiga relationer
Strategisk höjd kombinerat med ett operativt arbetssätt
Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga i engelska samt flytande i svenska, norska eller danska. Finska är meriterande.
