Our Legal and Compliance department is responsible for issuing recommendations and decisions in legal and regulatory matters to the administration and the operative departments, and to provide supportive actions that complete compliance operations.

 

Alandia’s Legal and Compliance department handles matters like:

  • coordination of control measures against money laundering and management of sanctions risks
  • coordination of enquiries regarding the company’s operations and keeping in touch with supervisory authorities
  • advising on matters regarding Alandia’s contracts, partnerships, investments, real estate, IT, GDPR and more

 

The department aims to improve the profitability of Alandia’s processes and services in compliance with the company strategy and to minimise compliance risk.
